  1. Long ago, in an age devoid of life. The fire of Muspelheim and ice of Niflheim merged into a thick frost. And from within emerged the endless void, Ginnungagap.
  2. Creatures of the void, beings of chaos and fear, were born inside Ginnungagap. They fought fiercely with the primordial giants also from the void. The giants were the last ones standing and the creatures of the void sank into the endless abyss.
  3. Some time later, Odin is born from mystical ice. Wishing to create a new world, he drives out the giants with his overwhelming power and crafts a great continent. However, the youngest giant is spared and adopted. This giant is later known as Loki.
  4. Odin creates gods, humans and all manner of life and lives in peace. But after drinking from the Wellspring of Wisdom, he gains the ability to see the future and foresees the prophecy of Ragnarok. Realizing Loki will set the apocalypse in motion, Odin exiles Loki to Earth.
  5. Abandoned, Loki curses all things and vows revenge against the gods. With the magic of the gods and the power of the giants, he awakens the creatures of the void that lied dormant in Ginnungagap and begins invading each continent.

  • MIDGARD A sprawling grassland realm bestowed upon humans by the gods of Asgard. People gather around the peaceful village of Manaheim.
  • JOTUNHEIM A vast and desolate realm of stone. Giants, descendants of Ymir, rule Jotunheim with great strength and vigor.
  • NIDABELLIR A realm of ice where winter never ends and extreme cold reigns. Dwarfs with great dexterity and skill conquer the bitter cold and make Nidavellir their home.
  • ALFHEIM A woodland realm blessed by Yggdrasil, teeming with infinite vitality. Alves with powerful magic live here in isolation from other races.
